About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify emerging opportunities, industry trends, and regulatory developments to inform program direction and growth
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration across clinical programs, internal teams, customers, and external partners to maximize impact
  • Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and drive continuous improvement through data-informed decision-making
  • Serve as a key advocate and spokesperson for clinical programs, communicating program value and outcomes to stakeholders
  • Establish priorities, manage resource allocation, and ensure successful execution of program work and organizational commitments
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Contribute as a dependable leader within the Practice Transformation Team and support organizational priorities as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, program management, health informatics, nursing, or a related field preferred
  • 3 years of progressive experience in program management, healthcare operations, clinical programs, population health or a related field
  • Previous people leadership experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, including the Model for Improvement and PDSA cycles, is preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to both urban and rural locations
