Requirements

What you’ll need

MD, DO, PharmD, DNP, or other advanced clinical degree required.
15+ years of progressive health care leadership experience.
Experience leading large-scale healthcare transformation, innovation, digital health, clinical operations, or technology-enabled care delivery initiatives.
Experience evaluating, implementing, and scaling emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, digital health, or novel care delivery models.
Experience influencing organizational strategy and executive decision-making in complex healthcare environments.
Experience building consensus and driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups, including executives, clinicians, product leaders, operational leaders, and external partners.
