About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and optimize OCHIN’s systems, processes, initiatives, and tools to support the success of members
Lead design and execution of program activities, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, leadership, and external partners
Support deployment of digital health tools to improve care access and outcomes
Apply advanced program and project management practices
Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
Serve as the primary point of contact for program communications
Identify opportunities to improve adoption, implementation, and optimization of tools
Communicate regularly with HCOs to ensure program deliverables are meeting timelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in program/project management or related field, master's preferred
Experience working with health care systems, patient portals, telehealth, e-consults, and/or remote patient monitoring technology required; experience with Epic functionality preferred
Knowledge of healthcare data, reporting, and analysis required
Familiarity with advanced primary care concepts, chronic disease management, clinical quality metrics preferred
At least 3 years' experience/knowledge of Interoperability landscape
Demonstrated ability to drive execution on multi-disciplinary projects
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support strategic decision-making
Strong experience in a telecommuter role required
