About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field, master's degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting healthcare teams in similar or relevant role. Four to five (4–5) years a plus, strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with improvement methodologies (e.g. Model for Improvement)
  • Experience working with clinical quality metrics (e.g., UDS, HEDIS, NCQA, NQF) preferred
  • Knowledge of change management and human-centered design
  • Experience working with electronic health records and workflow visualization tools; Epic experience preferred
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Ability to travel to urban and rural locations up to 25-50%
