About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and optimize OCHIN’s systems, processes, initiatives, and tools
- Lead strategic programs for equitable clinical, financial, and operational outcomes
- Provide consultation and technical assistance
- Manage grant compliance and foster positive funder relationships
- Identify opportunities to improve adoption and implementation of tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field, master's degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting health care teams in similar or relevant roles strongly preferred and four to five (4–5) years a plus
- Demonstrated strength in anticipating and resolving problems including where little to no precedent may exist
- Strong experience supporting individual clinicians, care teams, and clinic leaders in implementing practice changes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of change management and human-centered design; familiarity with advanced primary care concepts preferred
- Strong facilitation skills, including designing and leading effective meetings
