About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the mission of OCHIN by configuring and supporting clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software
- Consult with members to provide full cycle build solutions for accurate, secure, and efficient patient care
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and member maintenance
- Drive documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and optimizing technical documentation
- Travel to support off-site software installations as needed, up to 10%
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic application build
- Epic certifications required in Epic Optime and Anesthesia
- Experience with Epic Implementations and Community Connect, highly desired
- Experience working with Critical Assess Hospital (CAH) and Rural Health Hospitals is a plus
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills – able to communicate with both application and technical team members, as well as end users
- Consistently acts with integrity and accountability
- Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% to support on-site Go Lives.
