Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, particularly Epic and NextGen
  • Epic Cogito Fundamentals Certification required
  • Experience or familiarity with Clarity data model, Caboodle data model, Cogito Tools Administration, Cogito Principal Trainer work, SQL, and Epic-based report writing preferred
  • Experience leading or co-facilizing learning environments
  • Experience working with or within Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) or Acute Care Healthcare Centers preferred.
  • Complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to team interview.
