About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in healthcare or a related field strongly preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting healthcare teams in similar or relevant role strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with improvement methodologies (e.g. Model for Improvement)
  • Experience working with clinical quality metrics (e.g., UDS, HEDIS, NCQA, NQF)
  • Knowledge of change management and human-centered design
  • Experience working with electronic health records and workflow visualization tools
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Strong experience in a telecommuter role
