Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in healthcare or a related field strongly preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting healthcare teams in similar or relevant role strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with improvement methodologies (e.g. Model for Improvement)
Experience working with clinical quality metrics (e.g., UDS, HEDIS, NCQA, NQF)
Knowledge of change management and human-centered design
Experience working with electronic health records and workflow visualization tools
Strong facilitation skills
Strong experience in a telecommuter role
