About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports the mission of OCHIN by playing a key role in the design of application features and functionality in the Epic software platform
Continually improves the quality of the OCHIN Epic collaborative by identifying areas of opportunity within your application(s)
Stays informed of industry, new technologies, and best practices
Acts as a member of a team focused on strengthening standards, configuring improvements, and continually improving the quality and impact of our Epic platform
Participates in the product and project lifecycle and may lead various actions and production of deliverables
Provides technical mentorship and support to other members of the OCHIN workforce
Performs complex build, development, and testing of new and existing features and functionality for assigned applications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience, required
10+ years of Application Analyst experience, with demonstrated increase in scope of responsibilities, required
Deep knowledge of Epic data structures and applications required
Current certification in the assigned Epic application(s), Epic Resolute Hospital Billing HB certification is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required
Excellent time management and organization skills, required
Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service is required
Experience with Epic Implementations and Community Connect, highly desired
