About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with member leadership to assess workflows and identify optimization opportunities
Deliver interactive training sessions to large and small audiences
Provide workflow coaching, optimization, and best practice recommendations
Serve as a change agent during high-impact situations
Assist in the design, development, and enhancement of learning programs
Collect and analyze feedback and learning data across multiple modalities
Collaborate with other OCHIN departments on workflow improvement efforts
Configure Epic system components and document changes
Mentor and coach peers and new team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar or relevant role required
10 Years of applicable experience desired
Experience with EHR software, EPIC is required
Experience with Revenue Cycle and Financial principles
EPIC Certifications in PB/HB Resolute, and PB/HB Claims are highly desired
Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency required within 6 months of hire
Experience in HB Claims, SBO, Prelude, Cadence and EpicCare modules a plus
Experience in or with Critical Access Hospitals or Rural hospitals is highly desired
Experience in or with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is highly desired
