About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Train and motivate teams of Epic analysts
Manage projects, provide feedback and performance management
Develop effective workflows and maintain valuable relationships
Ensure onboarding of new staff is methodical
Track and measure team and individual performance goals
Develop new features and workflows for new features
Support off-site software installations
Communicate and mitigate issues with members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science preferred) or a combination of college education and 5-7 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience as Epic Beaker Analyst with 1 year supervisory experience highly desirable
Extensive experience working in Epic EHR
Required certification Epic CP Beaker
Lab operations background desired
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills – able to communicate with both application and technical team members, as well as end users.
Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
