About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with internal teams and external members to optimize workflows
Provide temporary, high-quality support across administrative and technical EHR functions
Monitor, manage, and resolve JIRA tickets and internal help requests
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for staff and providers
Evaluate workflows and offer strategic input to member leadership
Drive improvements aligned with OCHIN’s best practice standards
Deliver interactive training sessions in various formats
Assist in designing and enhancing learning programs and training content

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar or relevant role required
10 years of applicable experience desired
Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency in Ambulatory
At least 2 years of experience delivering Epic training preferred
Experience delivering training across multiple modalities
Proven experience training Epic Ambulatory workflows to a diverse audience
Strong understanding of health center clinical operations preferred
Ability to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the interview
