Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for coordination and management of new and existing related projects
Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting notes, track follow-ups
Manage project plans, raise risks and create risk mitigation plans
Provide updates to and coordinate with other project managers and leadership at OCHIN

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in health care or health care IT required
Experience in Epic Acute Care, Clinical Operations, and Epic Installation highly desired - candidates with Epic acute care/install experience will be given priority.
Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience- management/coordination of projects
Proficient - Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Working knowledge/proficient experience with Smartsheet, MS Project or other PM applications
Epic certification highly desired
