Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
Manage resources and workload effectively
Facilitate clear and impactful communication to diverse audiences
Collaborate across members, teams and vendors to resolve challenges proactively
Analyze and optimize processes for continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT project management
Minimum of 2,000+ hours leading and managing projects is REQUIRED
Experience managing a minimum of 15 - 20 projects concurrently
Produced executive dashboards and detailed status reports for leadership visibility
Experience with EHR front end workflows, billing, rev cycle, process improvements, interoperability and training highly desired
Certified ScrumMaster CSM preferred
PMP required
Epic certification or healthcare-related credentials (Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus but not required
