Key responsibilities & impact

Support customization and configuration of Epic applications
Observe and document clinical and administrative workflows
Participate in testing new builds, upgrades, and patches
Help troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems
Assist in creating user guides and training materials
Maintain detailed records of system changes, workflows, and troubleshooting steps
Work closely with experienced analysts and clinical teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completion of an OCHIN workforce training program or similar experience preferred
Epic proficiency in Clinical Applications must be obtained within 60-days of employment
Interest in data analysis, problem solving and continuous learning
Basic understanding of healthcare operations and EHR systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools and systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Completion of a 50-60-minute competency assessment prior to team interview
