Supports OCHIN’s mission by leveraging deep technical expertise and strong problem-solving capabilities
Resolves complex technical issues, optimizes processes, and implements innovative solutions
Aligns technical strategies with business objectives and fosters collaboration with non-technical stakeholders
Develops, documents, and deploys solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications
Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves complex technical issues using critical thinking and advanced technical skills
Collaborates across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues
Drives documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and optimizing technical documentation to support process improvement
Travels to support new members on-site with software installations as needed, estimated up to 20%

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar or relevant role
Work history in Healthcare IT is required
Epic MyChart certification and/or Ambulatory certification is required
Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science preferred) or a combination of college education and 5-7 years of relevant experience
At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in MyChart build is required
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
