Key responsibilities & impact

provide strategic leadership, direction, and oversight of the Systems Engineering function
lead, develop, and support a high-performing engineering team
ensure effective execution across projects and operational activities

communicate infrastructure performance, incidents, risks, and planned changes clearly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
7–10+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure engineering or operations
3–5 years of people management experience
demonstrated experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments
experience with cloud platforms and hybrid environments, including AWS and Azure
strong communication skills
