Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for coordination and management of new and existing related projects at OCHIN
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting notes, track all follow-ups
Manage project plans, raise risks and create risk mitigation plans
Provide clear updates to and coordinate with other project managers and leadership at OCHIN

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience- management/coordination of projects
Project Management training a plus
Experience in healthcare or IT required
Experience in Ambulatory or Acute Care Clinical Operations is highly preferred
Proficient - Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Working knowledge/proficient experience with Smartsheet, MS Project or other PM applications
Epic certification highly desired
