About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive member usage and engagement with Quality Reporting and Healthy Planet tools
Work directly with Account Managers, members, and customers
Assist with training and solicit input back to management on tool usage
Manage and drive engagement strategies
Provide one-on-one support for members and customers
Engage Account Managers and analysts in member outreach calls
Facilitate member engagement forums and workgroups
Research, identify, and implement best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3-years of Certified Epic Ambulatory experience (5+ years preferred)
Certification required at time of application
Four (4) year degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public administration, program or project management, IT, health informatics, or a related field
Strong understanding of clinical workflows
Familiarity with regulatory programs UDS, MIPS, etc.
Project or Program Management experience highly desired
Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot workflow and data issues
Familiarity with improvement methodologies and tools such as the Model for Improvement and/or Lean preferred
