About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive member usage and engagement with Quality Reporting and Healthy Planet tools
- Work directly with Account Managers, members, and customers
- Assist with training and solicit input back to management on tool usage
- Manage and drive engagement strategies
- Provide one-on-one support for members and customers
- Engage Account Managers and analysts in member outreach calls
- Facilitate member engagement forums and workgroups
- Research, identify, and implement best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3-years of Certified Epic Ambulatory experience (5+ years preferred)
- Certification required at time of application
- Four (4) year degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public administration, program or project management, IT, health informatics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows
- Familiarity with regulatory programs UDS, MIPS, etc.
- Project or Program Management experience highly desired
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot workflow and data issues
- Familiarity with improvement methodologies and tools such as the Model for Improvement and/or Lean preferred
