Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 1 year of experience working in clinical or hospital settings
Minimum of Five (5) or more years of Epic Training experience in a similar role
Certification or Proficiency in PACE, Healthy Planet, and Compass rose
Minimum of 1- year of experience preferred in Instructional Design
Strong understanding of change management principles
Demonstrated project management skills
Proven ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Applies expertise in adult learning theories, instructional design, and knowledge management
