About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide clinical expertise on design, development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of clinical and health IT systems
Perform complex builds, configurations, and testing in Epic Willow
Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to pharmacy staff and new members
Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues
Develop and maintain system documentation, policies, user guides, and CDS content
Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

PhD and licensure (PharmD) required
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in acute care pharmacy operations
Substantial applied informatics background required - 3+ years' experience
Epic Willow Inpatient certification and experience required
Knowledge of the Epic Willow pharmacy information system and Epic Orders required
Availability for occasional travel up to 10%
