Key responsibilities & impact

Configure and support clinical applications within Epic EHR software for Acute Care member organizations
Consult with members to provide solutions for patient care and provider workflows
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues
Collaborate across departments to support project implementations
Drive documentation and knowledge sharing to support process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Epic application build
Epic certifications required in Epic ASAP
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills – able to communicate with both application and technical team members, as well as end users.
Consistently acts with integrity and accountability
Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented
Strong organizational and project management skills
Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to team interview
