About the role
- Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate across departments to support project implementations
- Drive documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and optimizing technical documentation
- Skill development and competency growth in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst
- Minimum of 1 year of build experience
- Preference for lab and imaging interface build
- Lab workflow experience is required
- Certification/proficiency in EpicCare Ambulatory is required
- Desired Epic Certification or Proficiency in Order Transmittal and Beaker is a plus
- Experience in Laboratory (LIS) is a plus
- Experience working in Lab Operations is a plus
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and project management skills
