About the role

  • Support OCHIN’s mission by leveraging deep technical expertise
  • Resolve complex technical issues and optimize processes
  • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to bridge the gap between technology and organizational goals
  • Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality according to specifications
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar or relevant role
  • Work history in Healthcare IT is required
  • Epic EpicCare Ambulatory certification is required
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Certified Epic Applications Analyst
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ambulatory build is required
  • Strong communication skills – able to communicate with both application and technical team members, as well as end users and SMEs
  • Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented
