Serve as enterprise leader responsible for strategic adoption and deployment of AI and automation technologies
Oversee evaluation, prioritization, and execution of AI and automation initiatives
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and data stewardship standards
Maintain documentation for AI and automation solutions
Integrate solutions into workflows and coordinate change management
Support VP in managing relationships with technology partners
Partner to design, deploy, and optimize AI capabilities
Monitor performance and enhance strategy based on insights
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team

Requirements

Master's degree in health care, IT, or related field required
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, innovation, or related fields is required
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in health care, health IT, or other highly regulated environments - priority given to candidates with health care/health care IT experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a remote team of 5 or more is required.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and enterprise programs.
Strong understanding of AI/ML, RPA, data governance, privacy/security frameworks, and technology enabled process improvement.
Exceptional communication, strategic framing, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience introducing new technologies and leading change management in complex organizations.
Experience with Epic systems, healthcare interoperability, and payer-provider integration preferred - priority given to candidates with this experience.
Minimum 3 years' experience working with federated or distributed health systems preferred.
Familiarity with model documentation (e.g., model cards), AI governance frameworks, and large-scale automation programs.
