About the role
- Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications and requirements
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues
- Drive documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and optimizing technical documentation
- Skill development and competency growth in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst
- Minimum of 1 year of build experience
- Epic Certification or Proficiency in Ambulatory or Order Transmittal is required
- Experience with full-cycle implementation build is highly desired
- Lab workflow experience is required
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
