certification/proficiency in Epic Resolute HB or HB Claims
at least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute HB/HB Claims Applications Analyst
minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic HB module build
strong communication skills with application and technical team members
consistently acts with integrity and accountability
detail-oriented with focus on data-driven decision making
proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented
ability to travel up to 20% to support Go Lives on site nationally
