About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with TA leadership to define priorities, goals, and success metrics for recruiting
  • Translate organizational hiring needs and sales pipeline forecasts into actionable TA strategies
  • Ensure recruiting initiatives align with broader workforce planning and business objectives
  • Drive clarity on what matters most, and keep the team focused on outcomes over activity
  • Oversee recruiting operations including funnel management, candidate experience, recruiter enablement, and employer branding initiatives
  • Drive process improvements across sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
  • Monitor key recruiting KPIs (quality of hire, time-to-fill, match quality, candidate experience) and drive corrective actions
  • Build fungibility and continuity across the TA team through clear SOPs, playbooks, and best practices
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives such as employer branding campaigns, diversity hiring programs, and recruiting technology rollouts
  • Own special projects that improve recruiter productivity and candidate engagement in partnership with TA Marketing and Operations
  • Ensure initiatives ship on time, with clear owners, milestones, and outcomes
  • Act as a central connector between TA leadership, recruiters, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Prepare executive-ready updates, dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Synthesize recruiting data into clear insights and recommendations that support decision-making
  • Support training, enablement, and upskilling initiatives within the TA team
  • Champion tools, templates, and frameworks that standardize best practices
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in operations, program management, or operational leadership roles
  • Strong organizational and project management skills across complex, cross-functional initiatives. An operational driver who ensures recruiting processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A values-driven approach grounded in integrity, learning, positivity, and teamwork, and able to build trust with executives, recruiters and other stakeholders alike
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and trends
  • Ability to connect hiring priorities to business outcomes
  • Able to leverage data, technology, and creative approaches to elevate the TA process.
