About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support overall sustainability efforts of Ocean Spray
Collaborate with sustainability manager, plant manufacturing teams, grower-owners, suppliers, and a range of internal stakeholders
Collect, consolidate, and analyze data for quarterly internal and external sustainability reporting (e.g. GHG Protocols, LCAs, CDP Reporting and Sedex)
Support manufacturing teams with sustainability audits
Travel as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.S. in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Business, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines required.
1 to 3 years of experience working for an environmental NGO, food and beverage company, or equivalent organization
Broad understanding of key environmental and social topics such as climate change, sustainable agriculture, waste, water stewardship, and human rights.
Advanced communication, research and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, especially with various levels within an organization
Ability to work on multiple projects and be able to prioritize shifting short- and long-term project deadlines
