About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, SAP development team, data governance, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, design and deliver implementations and enhancements within SAP PP and IM/EWM
Work with the business and product partners from cross-functional initiatives to support the business processes related to Supply Chain and identify opportunities for productivity, efficiency, and growth enabled by tech solutions
Accountable for maintaining integrations within SAP PP & IM/EWM module s , supporting ecosystems and overseeing batch schedules working with 3rd party offshore support teams and/or Vendor support teams
Document and diagram existing system and business processes and analyze for more efficient methods
Translate functional business requirements into technical requirements working within an agile team
Collaborate within an agile team to perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed enhancements and projects to aid management in making implementation decisions
Coordinate and perform use case tests, end-user reviews and post-implementation support
Deliver orientation and training to end users for new capabilities, enhancements and projects including writing documentation
Provide production support and research application incidents working with developers, end-users, and the Application support team
Assist in prioritizing break/fix and enhancement requests with product managers, business leads, and Application support team to ensure delivery of prioritized requests in a timely manner

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and solutions.
Technical knowledge of SAP PP & IM/EWM required. Experience with MES systems a plus
Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
3+ years of functional SAP experience in PP & IM/EWM , ideally in a CPG/Manufacturing business
Experience supporting SAP IDoc-based integrations, including monitoring, reprocessing, and issue resolution a plus
Knowledge of APIs and other integration methodologies
Enhancement & production management experience
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
