Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process across multiple business units
• Coordinate with Operations finance team across business units to gather, validate, and consolidate financial data
• Support the development of consolidated budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis and commentary
• Partner with FP&A team to ensure consistency and alignment in reporting
• Assist in driving process improvements and standardization in consolidation practices
• Prepare and review consolidated financial reports and executive summaries for senior leadership
• Support ad hoc analysis, financial modeling, and special projects as needed
• Leverage financial systems and work cross-functionally to deliver monthly/quarterly analysis and reporting, including variances to plan, to ensure key issues, risks, and business drivers are clearly communicated
• Proactively identify and analyze business issues and opportunities, including recommendations for future actions
• Initiate, lead, and manage projects which will improve current business results and deliver against strategy
