About the role

  • You represent the company and our products to local, regional and national customers and retail partners
  • You expand regional brand presence (e.g., through trade fair visits, events, workshops)
  • You are responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships with architects, planners, key accounts and partners
  • You handle project inquiries (e.g., product selection, planning, implementation)
  • You act as the interface between project and retail partners
  • You monitor the market and derive recommended actions based on reports

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a sales role at an international (design) company, including experience in retail and contract sales
  • You bring an existing network of architecture & design (A&D) contacts in Switzerland
  • You possess strong negotiation and presentation skills and an understanding of cross-cultural requirements
  • You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • You are willing to travel and ready to work with a high degree of flexibility
  • You have fluent English skills; German language skills are an advantage.
