About the role

  • Support as a working student in Technical Communication and UX
  • Shaping the interface between content creation, graphic design, translation management and usability testing
  • Preparing usability tests to optimize products and applications
  • Conducting usability tests at our Obererding-Schwaig location
  • Supporting our two main user groups—electricians and end customers—during the tests
  • Analyzing test results and deriving improvement recommendations
  • Participating in projects in the areas of content creation and user experience

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a degree program in Technical Communication or a related field
  • Strong interest in text and graphic design, UX design, and the development of user-friendly applications
  • Independent and structured working style, combined with teamwork and initiative
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Advantageous: basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, common UX tools, or translation management
  • Class B driving license
