About the role

  • You'll fix bugs without writing code or waiting for engineering.
  • You'll build AI agents that handle entire support scenarios end-to-end.

  • You'll create systems that eliminate 80%+ of tickets before they reach a human.
  • You're not just answering questions; you're consulting with users on achieving real outcomes.

Requirements

  • A strong drive to build and improve systems, rather than just using existing ones.
  • A keen interest in understanding engineering concepts—APIs, data models, system architecture, debugging, and technical problem-solving.
  • A passion for exploring and pushing the boundaries of AI, with an enthusiasm to introduce innovative AI workflows.
  • A resourceful spirit and a commitment to learn and apply AI, automation platforms, APIs, and no-code tools.
  • An interest in developing skills in systems thinking, technical writing, data analysis, and product thinking.
  • An openness to working closely and collaboratively with product and engineering teams.
  • Some familiarity with support tools (like Zendesk, Intercom) and an interest in understanding their capabilities and limitations.
