About the role
- Observe.AI provides AI-powered customer engagement solutions to automate and optimize customer interactions
- The Implementation Manager will lead multi-phase implementations, run design workshops, build customer use-cases, and deliver training
- Work with new customers to stand up Observe.AI programs and expand capabilities with the product suite
- Quickly learn and translate customer objectives into onboarding processes from sales handoff to CSM transition
- Ideal candidate has SaaS experience and strong stakeholder management and clear technical communication
- You’ll lead initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve services delivery and customer experience

Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience implementing SaaS software
- Comfort in user-centered communications and facilitating technical problem solving
- Basic understanding of speech analytics and quality management software and processes
- Experience in a customer-facing role with clear deliverables and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in coaching and facilitation skills
- Training experience is highly preferred
- Demonstrable analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Experience in the Software & Platform industry
- Experience managing complex customer implementations
