Partner directly with senior Strategic Account Executives to identify, engage, and create opportunities within high-value prospects within target accounts.
Conduct deep research into target accounts and decision-makers, leveraging tools, industry insights, and social networks to generate actionable intelligence.
Work hand-in-hand with Strategic Account Executives on account planning, messaging design, and outreach execution, including tailored messaging and executive-level meetings and events.
Synthesize market data and account context with GTM team to ensure personalized outreach tied to prospect priorities.
Introduce Observe.AI’s GenAI-powered Agent platform, aligning its value to each prospect’s needs and business outcomes.
Requirements
5+ years experience in sales development, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech); exposure to enterprise accounts a plus.
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
Strategic mindset with the ability to conduct deep research, tailor outreach, and engage senior decision-makers at large enterprises.
Strong collaborator who thrives working hand-in-hand with senior Account Executives to co-develop account strategies and drive pipeline growth.
