About the role

Build a systematic approach to Google Ads across Search, UAC, Display & YouTube;
Developing the channel as a source of large‑scale growth;
Working at the intersection of acquisition, creative, and product;
Auditing and redesigning events, analytics, and account structure for scaling.

2+ years of work experience in a similar position;
Your English level is Upper-Intermediate+;
Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC, YouTube);
Hands-on experience in scaling paid acquisition — proven cases of growing spend to $500k+ while maintaining efficiency;
Data & analytics proficiency: you know how events, attribution, and postbacks should be set up and work;
Great communication and ownership skills, with the ability to work in a team and ambitious.
Would be a plus: Experience with both mobile and web products; Experience with subscription, in-app purchase, or transaction-based monetization and with multi-monetization products; Experience in launching or scaling native advertising (Taboola, Outbrain).
