About the role
- Own and manage the product backlog: prioritize, refine, and ensure it is always ready for sprint execution.
- Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
- Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Refinements).
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers to ensure alignment and value delivery.
- Analyze data and qualitative feedback to support product and delivery decisions.
- Support quarterly planning and ensure sprint goals are aligned with OKRs and the Product Roadmap.
- Proactively propose optimal ways to deliver product hypotheses with maximum ROI, defining solution approaches and initiating design and development tasks.
- Improve delivery and planning processes within the stream and contribute to cross-stream best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in cross-functional product teams.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, and LeSS.
- Hands-on experience with backlog management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of product discovery, user story mapping, and prioritization techniques (MoSCoW, WSJF, RICE).
- Ability to define and clearly communicate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ownership mentality and the ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment.
