About the role
- Build a content strategy as part of the overall product strategy;
- Optimize content creation and delivery processes (interaction with stakeholders, adherence to deadlines, management of roadmaps);
- Lead and scale a cross-functional Content Production team, owning end-to-end content delivery across platforms (app, web);
- Own and develop an AI-driven approach to content production, using AI tools and agents to scale generation, optimize workflows, and drive innovation;
- Collaborate closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, Product Analysts, and Content Designers to deliver content hypotheses and increase user activation;
- Ensure consistent content quality and brand coherence across all formats.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in a comparable role;
- Expertise in content strategy and hands-on content management;
- Practical experience working with AI tools in content workflows;
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate+ level for working with content and English-speaking experts;
- Proven team leadership skills, with a focus on results and collaboration.
