Manager

• Creates and manages standard and/or high-risk contracts in accordance with company’s policies for internal and external implementation
• Actively participates in the preparation and negotiation of the terms and conditions of contracts by developing contract and procurement documentation.
• Identifies the requirements, duties and obligations of the company under contracts to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Ensures the organization’s internal contract documentation is accurate and well maintained while providing advice and guidance to the different stakeholders relating to contract generation
• Highlights and consults on contract variations, exemptions, extensions etc
• Monitors, evaluates and reports on risk and contract performance against KPIs and requirements, and implements strategies to drive value
• Develops and maintains relationships with independent contractors, vendors, suppliers and potential customers
• Facilitating legal discussions around unresolved contract issue while also explores innovative procurement and contract management solutions to solve complex contractual issues
• Leads the review of expiring contracts and uses the results to shape the future procurement strategy to deliver enhanced outcomes.
