About the role

  • Analyze clients' business processes and implement tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service).
  • Responsible for the design and development of applications and for extending existing modules by programming in C# or JavaScript, including plugins and workflows as needed.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for our clients within the project environment.
  • Responsible for the design, implementation, and quality assurance of solutions.
  • Conduct workshops for requirements analysis and solution design.
  • Support the sales team with effort estimates and assessing the technical feasibility of requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of professional experience in the relevant area and solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly the Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement modules.
  • Experience with enterprise software architectures and integrating D365 systems into existing IT infrastructures.
  • Strong knowledge of extending modules using C#, JavaScript, plugins, and workflows.
  • Openness to utilizing AI-driven technologies.
  • Very good German language skills (C1) in spoken and written form.
