About the role

  • Analyze customers' business processes and implement tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service).
  • Design and develop applications and extend existing modules by programming in C# or JavaScript, including plug-ins and workflows as needed.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for our clients within project contexts.
  • Design, implement, and ensure the quality of solutions.
  • Participate in workshops for requirements analysis and solution design.
  • Support the sales team with effort estimates and the technical assessment of requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  • Initial professional experience in the relevant area and familiarity with Microsoft technologies, especially the Dynamics 365 CRM/CE modules.
  • Basic understanding of enterprise software architectures and integrating D365 systems into existing IT infrastructures.
  • Initial experience extending modules using C#, JavaScript, plug-ins, and workflows.
  • Openness to working with AI-assisted technologies.
  • Very good German language skills (C1) in spoken and written form.
