About the role

  • You search for potential customers and initiate first contact.
  • You identify the needs of potential customers.
  • You identify the correct contacts within companies.
  • In addition to telephone outreach, you use social media channels for targeted initial contact.
  • You follow up on results in the CRM and document them.
  • You accompany and support the Sales Managers during meetings.
  • Through your contribution you actively help achieve the team's targets.
  • You independently familiarize yourself with Microsoft technologies.

Requirements

  • You are studying a degree relevant to the role, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications, or you have experience with the software industry.
  • Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • You have strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • You are open to using AI-supported technologies and leverage their potential in your daily work.
  • You have excellent German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1 level).
  • You are goal-oriented and a team player.
  • You are interested in a long-term position and can work at least 12 hours per week; during semester breaks, more hours are welcome.
