About the role
- Research potential customer contacts.
- Identify needs of potential customers.
- Prepare and conduct initial contacts and sales conversations.
- Identify the appropriate contacts within companies.
- Follow up and document call outcomes in the CRM.
- Contribute to achieving team targets.
Requirements
- You are studying a subject relevant to the role, e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications, or you have experience with the software industry.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1 level).
- You are open to using AI-assisted technologies and actively leverage their potential in your work.
- Goal-oriented and a team player.
- You are interested in a long-term position and can work at least 12 hours per week (more hours during semester breaks preferred).
