About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead customer workshops and uncover business requirements.
- Design and configure RegWorks solutions aligned to industry best practice.
- Own solution design documentation from discovery through to delivery.
- Guide customers through business transformation and process improvement.
- Support data migration, solution testing and successful go-lives.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Technical Consultants and developers to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Mentor Business Consultants and contribute to consulting best practice across the team.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations and project estimation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Business consulting, Business Analysis or Functional Consulting experience
- Leading customer workshops and managing senior stakeholders
- Solution design and business process mapping
- Software configuration and implementation projects
- Data migration and testing activities
- Translating complex business problems into practical technology solutions
- Australian Citizenship is required
- Baseline Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one) will be highly regarded.
