About the role
- The Test Analyst is responsible for ensuring software quality by analysing requirements, designing and executing test cases, and identifying defects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, perform manual and automated testing, document results, and report defects, ensuring the software meets business and technical specifications.
- Reports to the Development Manager and has no people management responsibilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in estimating, planning, executing, and reporting on software testing activities.
- Proven ability to design, write, and execute automated tests using Playwright with TypeScript, and ideally experience with Tosca.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman and RestAssured.
- Strong skills in creating and running performance tests using JMeter.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, with a focus on AWS.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitLab.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools, ideally Xray Test Management for Jira.
