About the role

  • Identifying a strong network and develop relevant industry contacts and influencers.
  • Finding and developing key new business opportunities, working in conjunction with our local and corporate marketing teams
  • Achieve annual revenue targets for sale of software and professional services.
  • Develop appropriate pipeline to achieve current and future years quota (s) through personal prospecting and effective marketing programs.

Requirements

  • Strong business development skills, be able to work the provided leads as well as identify and qualify new opportunities
  • Outstanding sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experienced in one or more of the vertical markets of relevance, all levels of government, utilities, regulated industries.
  • Expert in Solution Selling, Strategic Selling or Challenger Selling methodologies.
  • Demonstrable experience of Influencing both customers and partners at a senior level
  • Min 10 years in an IT/software industry environment.
  • Be able to work autonomously and as an effective part of a team.
