About the role
- Provide consulting services to customers and Objective team members on all content aspects of Objective’s product suite
- Undertake solution design, configuration, testing, solution documentation, template specification, customer support, training and troubleshooting
- Report to the Consulting Manager; no people management responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on features/functions/techniques used in Objective products
- Configure customer solutions and provide content configuration assistance
- Support senior consultants with administration tasks (meeting minutes, Jira tickets, follow-ups, arranging meetings, drafting communications)
- Facilitate workshops with clients including demos, training, or design workshops
- Liaise between customers/business consultants and Product, Development and Testing teams to specify, confirm, and test customer solutions
- Assist Support and Engineering with troubleshooting and rectification of support incidents
- Contribute to best practices and process improvements; develop reusable tools
- Travel as required for implementations
Requirements
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Advanced MS Word, Outlook)
- Jira software
- Knowledge of data models
- Business requirement analysis and solution mapping
- Experience in the configuration of software solutions
- Good communication skills
- Collaborative team player
