• Providing expert advice on all features/functions/techniques used.
• Configuring customer solutions using the product features plus providing content configuration assistance to the customers.
• Supporting more senior consultants by providing administration support, including taking meeting minutes, logging Jira tickets, following up on action points, arranging meetings, and drafting communications.
• Facilitating workshops with clients may include demos, training, or design workshops.
• Acting as the liaison between the customers/business consultants and Objective Product, Development and Testing teams to specify, confirm, and test the design of the customer solution.
• Assisting Objective Support and Engineering in the troubleshooting and rectification of support incidents.
• Ensuring continuous improvement in the “way we work at Objective Corporation” through contribution to ‘Best Practice’ via improvements in our processes, developing reusable tools, etc.
• Travelling as required for implementation.
