About the role

  • Conducting micro-level MVP experiments based on prompts using LLMs/Agents
  • Transforming automatable processes within business units into AI generative workflows
  • Researching No-Code / Low-Code tools
  • Developing scripts and bots
  • Orchestrating multiple models (LLM orchestration) to achieve optimal performance across different use cases
  • Fine-tuning or adapting models on domain-specific data to improve accuracy and relevance

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in developing Artificial Intelligence projects
  • Hands-on experience or a strong interest in prompt engineering techniques
  • Previous work on small AI projects, hackathons, or personal experiments is a big plus
  • Strong English to follow the technical literatures
  • Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and eager to learn
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, constantly changing atmosphere and prioritizing work appropriately
